Ok I didn’t quite get my fill when I did my recent pop radio episode Ok Let’s Talk About Pop Radio so this shorter special episode picks up where that one left off.
This time we mostly go though stuff from the past couple years and look at the current 2025 crop of pop.
I had fun trying to figure out what the hell it all means and where the hell it’s all going.
Since I put out the pop radio episode, I’ve gotten so many notes from people who, like me, grew up on underground music, were raised to look down their nose at pop music and simply cannot get behind the stuff on pop radio.
It’s a mindset that I understand, but one I’m pleased to say I’ve overcome.
If you are still in the midst of that struggle, hopefully this episode will help bring you a little closer to the light.
